To what extent where they met?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TARGET SETTING<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li>Where do you want to be next session \/ next week \/ next training?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What development are you hoping to see?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make your goals measurable, how will you know you have met your target?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What specific steps are you taking to address the result of last session?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can you ask someone else to help or to give you live feedback?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What will you be doing differently to enable a change to take place?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Good target example:&nbsp;<\/strong>Play honest match defence focussing on recovering my position on the player I am defending so that I don\u2019t get caught out by cheap throws into the breakside.
