This is the time for you to focus in and consider all of the things you have covered in the throwing challenges and in your individual practice and put into practice the aspects that will make you the best thrower that you can be.
In Phase 3 we are looking to be completing everything we are putting up to a high standards. Only by holding yourself to high standards in your individual practice will you make big gains in your consistency.
Visualise the flight of throw you are aiming for, a good rep in your eyes should not just be “does the disc get there”. It is just as important that the throw follows the flight you intended as this will allow you to focus properly on your technique and execution.
