You should be looking to add in something to all boxes with red text in the example above
Reflecting on your performance:
You should be ranking your personal feelings on the 4 categories:
(Throwing Confidence, Decision Making, Cutting, Match Defence)
1– Awful, wasn’t my day at all
2 – Not as good as I would have hoped for, plenty to think about
3 – Good
4 – Excellent

5 – I found the session okay, I feel like roughly half of the aspects were enjoyable/beneficial.
10 – I loved the sessions and found all aspects beneficial.
Please leave a comment regarding any sections you particularly liked or didn’t like, so that we can look to improve future sessions. Alternatively, you can use the feedback form to submit feedback, leaving the name section blank if you wish to remain anonymous.

PERSONAL REFLECTIONS
- Be specific, what worked and what did not work.
- Did you make any changes that had positive or negative affects?
- Have you had any conversations with team mates or coaches?
- Do you feel like you met the targets you set out for yourself? To what extent where they met?
TARGET SETTING
- Where do you want to be next session / next week / next training?
- What development are you hoping to see?
- Make your goals measurable, how will you know you have met your target?
- What specific steps are you taking to address the result of last session?
- Can you ask someone else to help or to give you live feedback?
- What will you be doing differently to enable a change to take place?
Good target example: Play honest match defence focussing on recovering my position on the player I am defending so that I don’t get caught out by cheap throws into the breakside. Play with more aggressive positioning within the stack so that I am not over protecting the deep space leading to giving away open under space easily.
Bad target example: Play tight defence on all cuts
Before the weekend
Before the weekend you were asked to complete a pre-training Target
1) Target Setting
Going into the weekend we would like you to bring in your own target and focus for what you would like to achieve / demonstrate / work on, as part of your personal development
