Travel

You will be expected to book your own travel to geneva. We will try to help you coordinate the booking and transfers to make it as easy and cost effective as possible but we cannot book flights for you.

Accomodation

We will be booking accomodation for the team, we will look to make sure we are finding the best value accomodation that is convenient for the event. It may not be possible for you to pick your room arrangement but you will not be able to book your own accomodation for this event. We will only provide accomodation for the nights of Friday, Saturday, Sunday unless otherwise requested.
